"Visiting this hotel was the most unique experience of my entire travels. It was cold in Bratislava, so after wandering around the city and having dinner at a restaurant, we returned to the hotel, rested a bit, and went to bed early. At 11:30 PM, my wife woke up to the light in the hallway and the door to our room opening. She panicked and started waking me up. A surge of adrenaline, a racing heart... Burglars? Nope. After checking the hallway, we saw that someone had indeed entered, but all our things were still there. In the morning, we discovered that we had been mistakenly assigned a late check-in. The apology was sparse, but the breakfast was very good. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, of course! The service is very high-quality, but the training of the staff is a common issue, and empathy is truly lacking in many hotels these days. And this incident is not a problem, but a good reminder of our visit to the city."

"Location was just perfect - right next to the old town. The apartment was very clean. There were enough amenities and towels. The breakfast was beyond expectations. The staff were really friendly. The bathroom was great and there was hot water."

"Just a small thing - I didn't find it warm enough. Don't get me wrong, it was warm, but at night I woke up feeling cold a few times. There was only one blanket per person left. It is still definitely worth staying at, this is just a small detail."

"Breakfast has good choice and is in a little cafe called Petit. The room we stayed in was quite large (for the price). The room we stayed in was in a different building to the main reception - but only 30m away so not a problem. We liked the fact that the reception was open 24x7, so even when our flight was delayed, no stress about being able to check in."

"The hotel was located in the city center, beds were comfortable, complimentary coffee and tea were available, and there was a kettle in the room."

"On the first night, around 2 a.m., a group of young guys returned to the hotel, they were stomping on the stairs and laughing very loud. On the second night, when we returned from the city, the heating was not working. I went down to the reception, where two receptionists were kind and helpful, and they provided us an oil radiator, which solved the problem. The room has carpet flooring, which is not very practical in winter when everything is muddy and wet, as it cannot be cleaned properly."

"There was a slight confusion upon arrival, because the place for registration and sleeping is really different. But it says so and we knew it. Everything else was great - location, room, price."

"Excelent location near the Old Town. The bus stop was nearby. The room and bathroom were clear and equiped with everything we needed. The breakfast was acceptable. I had never seen an elevator like that before :)."
