Eco Torarica paikneb Paramaribo ajaloolisest keskusest 500 meetri ning finants- ja kaubanduspiirkonnast 20-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kohapeal on väliveekeskus, aed ning söögikoht.
