Happy Resort asetseb Khanomis, vaid 200 meetri kaugusel Khanomi rannast. Kohapeal on merevaatega majutusruumid, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. 2010. aastal ehitatud majutusasutuses on konditsioneeri ja rõduga majutusruumid. Külalistemajas peatudes saavad külalised kasutada eraldi sissepääsu. Kõikides majutusruumides on istumisnurk, televiisor, satelliittelevisioon ning privaatne vannituba, kus on tasuta tualetitarbed, dušikabiin ja bidee. Kõikidel majutusruumidel on aiavaatega terrass, kus on vabas õhus paiknev einestamisnurk. Külalistemaja tubades on voodipesu ja rätikud. Mõnususe huvides pakub Happy Resort külalistele söögipakke lõunaks, et võtta kaasa ekskursioone ja muid väljasõite. Kohapeal on jalgrattalaenutus ning ümbruskonnas saab rattaga sõita. Donsaki parvlaevaterminal on majutusasutusest Happy Resort 27 km kaugusel. Lähim lennujaam on Nakhon Si Thammarati lennujaam, mis jääb külalistemajast 80 km kaugusele.

"Very nice and clean bungalow. Simple standard but with everything you need, toilet, shower, a/c, refrigerator and wifi. Perfect location, just two minutes walk from beautiful Khanom beach. The owner is extremely helpful. He helped to rent à scooter, that was delivered to the resort. He can give a lot of information about the area, and will gladly sit down and chat for a few minutes."
