"Ratchy Condo was lovely, it was quiet the pool was usually empty and there are 3 pools so you could easily find somewhere quiet. The security guards were great and very helpful. It is close to the town and there is a 7/11 across the main road only 5min walk away. The room was cleaned every 2 days. Really nice place to base yourself as away from the main city and close to the beach which was a 15min walk. If you do want to go to a really nice beach there is a military base nearby with the most amazing beach."
"The bed was very hard but I did hear Thai people like really hard beds so this is understandable. The place could do with a toilet down by the pool."

"Сама квартира понравилась. Хозяин приветливый, проблем не было. Во дворе несколько больших чистых бассейнов. Если дойти до моря, оно очень чистое, пляж лучше военного. Но далеко магазины, кафе, море. Рядом с кондо нет ничего, по любой надобности надо отходить метров 500 по пустым дорогам. Район осваивается, думаю, скоро этот недостаток исчезает."

"The kitchen is good and the location is very good. Peaceful and not far from city but you need car. The room is clean. The owner will clean the room every day."
