Sellel Dili rannast ainult 100 meetri kaugusel asuval hotellil on baar, hommikusöögisaal ja lamamistoolidega ümbritsetud ujula. Ida-Timori kai paikneb kõigest 90 meetri kaugusel ning restoranid ja kauplused jäävad 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusele. Ümbruskonnas saab tegeleda ujumise, kalapüügi ja sukeldumisega. Peatumiskoht Timor paikneb Dili kesklinnas ning 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Nicolau Lobato rahvusvahelisest lennujaamast. Timor Crocsi rahvusstaadion jääb 15-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusele.

"Charming lobby - spacious, lovely old vibe, comfortable chairs, soft jazz music, friendly staff. Spacious clean bedrooms. Location provided oppportunities for walking around. Lovely swimming pool area. Whole place had a nice old Timor-Leste feeling. Coffee was good. Value for money was good."
