Hiljuti renoveeritud villa Faima peitub Douzis ning seal saavad külalised nautida aeda ja ühist puhkeruumi. Majutusasutusest avaneb silmapiir sisehoovile. Villas on ka tasuta WiFi-ühendus, tasuta eraparkla ja vahendid erivajadustega külalistele. Villas on 2 magamistuba, 1 vannituba, voodipesu, rätikud, lameekraaniga televiisor koos voogedusteenusega, einestamisnurk, köök koos kõige vajalikuga ja aiavaatega terrass. Eraldi sissepääs viib külalised villasse, kus pakutakse puuvilju, šokolaadi või küpsiseid. Majutusasutusel on väljas asuv einestamisnurk. Villas on ka väike toidupood. Villa pakub autorenditeenust. "Everything was lovely! It’s a beautiful house decorated tastefully and it has a large outside area around the house. The owner is a lovely lady who had baked us Christmas cookies and other biscuits. Coffee available, dates and olives. The night before our last stay she dropped by with another homemade cake. Very sweet and very helpful with important information about Douz, restaurants, camps, taxi and anything else one might need to know. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Reading the reviews, many of them mentioned that an excellent homemade breakfast was included, which led me to mistakenly conclude that it was included. It wasn't, although the owner left something to eat. Considering this, I think the price is too high for what is offered."

"Everything Great! The apartment is big, spacious, brand new, super equipped. Extremely clean. A great place. The owner is a woman with a huge heart, and with great patience. She does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I add one last thing; I am usually a model guest, but this time I was unbearable: she was always friendly and understanding. Absolutely recommended."
