"Everything. It was all well beyond my expectations. Drinks were very generous. The buffet was amazing and they kept it interesting. The snack bar was great. The 11pm soup and bread was great to soak up the booze. Staff were wonderful. Anyone who isn't physically impaired and thinks it's a long walk to the beach is quite frankly a coach potato. It's 2 blocks and about 5 mins. Register with binbin to get convenient cheap e-scooters to get to the town. I will return next year with friends. Well done to the management, chefs, cleaners, service staff and DJ."

"It is a brilliant all inclusive. Got a great deal with single occ discount. Staff are amazing, hard working yet good fun. Food is fantastic, well done all involved. Very close to bus station. Well beyond my expectations."

"Staff was so cheerfull as a lone traveller i was not feel alone Everyday have different food They got a nice beach also have a shuttle too, also they got bar in beach so all inclusive. They gave a extra large room with jackuzii They have 2 pools much sunbeds and umbrellas. Cleanin service is exellent also. Do not hesitate anything and make ur reservation 😉"

"A reggelik, az ebédek, és a vacsorák is bőségesek, nagyon finomak voltak. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A hotel elhelyezkedése szintén nagyon rendben van, közel van a part."
"A Wi-Fi jel erőssége problémás volt. Nekünk a 10. emeleti szobába gyakorlatilag elérhetetlen volt. Ami nem tetszett annyira talán az volt, hogy attól függetlenül, hogy All Inclusive a hotel, a Kleopatra Beachen fizetni kell a hotelhez tartozó 5-ös jelzéssel ellátott Beach részen a napozó ágyakért és a napernyőért. Ez mindennap 210 Török Líra volt."
"Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokój dostaliśmy na ostatnim 10 piętrze w widokiem na miasto i morze. Bardzo ładne Lobby. Hotel jest już po większym remoncie. Remontowany jest jeszcze budynek boczny dzięki czemu obłożenie nie było w pełni i było dużo miejsca na stołówce"

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"We recently stayed here and were thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were truly excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
