Külalistemaja Dab positsioneeritud Esenyurtis ning pakub konditsioneeriga majutusruume, kus on uue põlvkonna disain. Majutusasutusel on ka linnavaatega terrass. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Kõikides majutusi Dab tubades on seif, kirjutuslaud, lameekraaniga televiisor, satelliittelevisioon ja minibaar. Privaatsetes vannitubades on dušš, föön, sussid ja tasuta tualetitarbed. Igast toast avaneb perspektiiv linnale. Vastuvõtt on avatud ööpäevaringselt ning seal on pakihoid, toateenindus ja valuutavahetus. Soovi korral ja lisatasu eest pakutakse keemilise hooldatudtuse ja triikimise teenust ning autorenti. Külalised saavad alustada päeva rikkaliku hommikusöögiga Rootsi lauas. Istanbuli lennujaam on peatumiskohtist Dab 47 km kaugusel.

"Mic dejun de tip bufet suedez, suficient. In descriere se spune ca nu exista parcare. Cand am ajuns am gasit parcare chiar in fata hotelului. Se pare totusi ca am avut noroc, am gasit loc pt ca am ajuns la ora 22:30."

"Locația este centrala, personalul serviabil, in special, Muamsim, curat, liniște, mic dejun bun, suficient pentru nepretențioși. Raportul calitate- preț este bun!"

"I've been flying to Istanbul for business for several years now. I only stay at this hotel. 1. The staff deserves 10 out of 10. 2. The location is 50 meters from the metro station and 100 meters from the tram and bus stops. 3. The center of Istanbul is about 300-500 meters away. 4. The price of the hotel stay is cheap, even very cheap. I know there are better hotels in Istanbul, but not for this price. Greetings to the gentlemen at the reception, who after all these years of knowing me, are almost like family."
