See puhkemaja asetseb Van Lake'ist vaid mõne sammu kaugusel ning pakub kauneid järvevaateid ja eksklusiivnelikku interjööri. Van'i lennujaam on aadressist vaid 5-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Kohapeal on ka tasuta eraparkla.
