Ibis Bursa asetseb Buttimi ärikeskuses, kesklinnast 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Kohapeal on lõõgastav väliterrass, tasuta WiFi-ühendus avalikes kohtades ja tasuta eraparkla. Ibis Bursa funktsionaalsetes tubades on pehmed kreemjad toonid ja puitpõrandad. Kõikides tubades on konditsioneer, lameekraaniga televiisor, satelliittelevisioon ja kohvimasin. Külalised saavad nautida sooja hommikune suupistei Rootsi lauas, mida serveeritakse iga päev avaras disainmööbliga kohvikus. Bursa teadus- ja tehnoloogiakeskus on võõrastemajaist vaid 500 meetri kaugusel. Bussiterminal on vaid 5-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla.
