"We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future."

"Séjour absolument génial ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Les restaurants sont variés et excellents, au niveau de la propreté rien à redire, tout est impeccable. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et toujours souriant. Un point spécial pour le Market Store et son gérant, d’une sympathie incroyable, qui fait vraiment la différence. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit agréable et reposant, aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"

"Eine sehr schöne Anlage, ein schöner Pool und auch das Meer ist hier sehr sauber. Die Zimmerausstattung sind gut und es war auch ein Wechsel möglich. Das Essen war an allen stellen gut."

"Leider ist zu bemerken, dass das Hotel neu eröffnet hat und noch einige Nachbesserungen nötig sind. Das Personal arbeitet sehr unsauber und es besteht keine richtige Teamarbeit. Die Zimmer wurden teilweise nicht richtig gereinigt und es gab viele lange dreckig hinterlassenen Tische in den Restaurants."

"Прекрасное расположение отеля, большая территория, чистые номера, отличная кухня (и рестораны, и снек-бар, и питание в столовой, и уголок с десертами - никогда не пробовала раньше вкусных бургеров или итальянскую пасту в Турции, но повара в Лаго готовят отличные блюда). Почти каждый день были креветки, большой ассортимент фруктов, есть даже диетический уголок. Когда у нас возникли проблемы с трансфером, персонал быстро помог нам их решить, сотрудники приветливы и стараются помояь с любым вопросом. Во время отпуска отель поздравил с днем рождения тортом и открыткой, приятный жест."

"Это не столько минус, сколько временное явление. Поскольку отель только открылся после реконструкции, новый персонал еще не достиг слаженности опытной команды в работе, хоть они и стараются. Иногда нужно подождать официанта с напитками во время обеда/ужина или техника, чтобы помог с кондиционером, но я уверена, что за сезон они отточат свое мастерство."
