Nexthouse Pera Hotel paiknev vaid mõne sammu kaugusel elavast Istiklali tänavast. Külalistemaja paikneb 100-aastases hoones, 900 meetri kaugusel Taksimi väljakust, mis on Istanbuli kaasaegne süda. Hotellis on elegantselt sisustatud ruumid ja concierge-teenus. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Atatürki lennujaam on 20 km kaugusel ja lisatasu eest pakutakse lennujaamatransporti.

"Pera district is the best location in Istanbul, lots of restaurants and cafes where you can go out at night and enjoy great food during the day and night and have a great time. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are nice and spacious equipped with everything you need. We were on the 4th floor and had a terrace and balcony overlooking the street. Super friendly staff, always ready to help and wish you a nice day. In front of the hotel there is a phenomenal breakfast restaurant, which is the best in Istanbul. This is definitely my hotel in the future in the most beautiful city in the world where I have been a million times and I plan to come back at least as many times"
