Pereettevõttena tegutsev külalistemaja Urcu loodud Kaleici otse keskel, Antalya vanalinnas. See väike ja sõbralik võõrastemaja pakub traditsioonilist Türgi majutust. 2015. aastal renoveeritud hotellikompleks rajatud vanas, ent kaunilt restaureeritud ajaloolises mõisas, kus on palju algupäraseid arhitektuurilisi detaile. Hotellis Urcu on kokku 12 tuba. Kõik elamispinnad on sisustatud lihtsalt ja sisustatud traditsioonilises Türgi stiilis. Mõned majutusruumid on basseinivaatega. Hotellistruktuur on kõrgelt heas asukohas, kust on hea Kaleici ajalooliste vaatamisväärsuste, turismikeskuse, kus on palju poode, restorane ja baare. Konyaalti rand ja Antalya muuseum on umbes 20-minutilise trammisõidu kaugusel. Antalya bussijaam on 7,5 km ja Antalya lennujaam 16 km kaugusel.

But we were not charged for the few times we had breakfast there, and they gave us complementary water - so this is no complaint! "It was a lovely clean place in an excellent area of the old town Kaleici, with lovely breakfast included, and also has a swimming pool. The house keeping are excellent. They also offer pick up and drop off from Antalya Airport for a very reasonable price. Also to other destinations in Antalya. The staff are very friendly helpful , making your stay even more enjoyable. 10/10"

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"We recently stayed here and were thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were truly excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
