Hotellistruktuur Yeni kinnitunud Istanbuli ajaloolisel poolsaarel ning pakub helikindlaid tube, kus on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Puhkemaja paikneb 100-aastases hoones, Eminonu parvlaevasadamast vaid 500 meetri kaugusel. Butiikhotellis Yeni on lihtsalt sisustatud ruumid, millel on kas privaatne või ühine vannituba. Kõikides tubades on konditsioneer, küte ja kaabeltelevisioon. Hotellikompleksis on tasuta tee ja kohv. Ümbruskonnas leidub ka palju bistrooe, kohvikuid ja baare. Majutusasutusi Yeni vastuvõtt on avatud kogu päeva ning aitab külalisi pesupesemisteenuse vastuvõtmisel ja kohaletoomisel. Meeskond annab teavet kohalike vaatamisväärsuste kohta. Lisatasu eest pakutakse transporditeenust Atatürki rahvusvahelisse lennujaama. Yeni elamu paiknev Topkapi paleest, Sinisest mošeest ja Hagia Sophiast 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Sirkeci trammipeatus on 250 meetri kaugusel. Atatürki lennujaam jääb 17 km kaugusele.

"The hotel is located right in the city center, next to a tram stop and the Marmaray line. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal, with ferries departing for the Asian side of Istanbul. The rooms are small but comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help. Thanks to their transportation tips, I saved a lot of money traveling around the city. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but there are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby."

"We stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The lady host, sorry didn't ask your name, is super nice and caring, though we don't speak Turkish and she doesn't speak English, the communication was great 😃 the house is very nice, with wooden ceiling, rooms are basic, but clean and comfy. The best thing was breakfast, it was our best breakfast in Turkey, plentiful and with lots of homemade things and vegetable and fruit from the garden. The guest house is 2 minutes walking from the old market, there are several restaurants and bars to have beer nearby."

"We booked a room for six nights here and it was a good decision, just as we wanted: quiet but close to the beach. We could checked-in late in the evening. The stuff are friendly and pet-friendly too. We loved to stroke cats and dogs who live in the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There is a good swimming pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm. We had a big balcony with a view to the monutains. There is a bus station near to the hotel."
