"The room was very big, also the toilet was really spacious. Beds were also comfortable and the room was silent. Plus, the breakfast included so many different options and in large quantity, but almost exclusively savory food. Loved it, for the price it felt almost like a theft. The location is convenient with a bus stop right in front of the hotel."

"They let us leave our luggages before we checked in which made it more convenient for us to explore the city. The room we were given was also very large but the layout was a little weird but we still enjoyed it. There were also convenience stores located nearby so it was great for quick supper run!"

"It was a little difficult reaching the place via public transport but it was my first time in Taiwan and the bus stop was located relatively close to the hotel so in the end it was great"

"The staff is helpful They helped us book a taxi to go to Gancheng Bus station and wrote its address in Chinese to show the driver. A few of them can speak English. We used Google translate to converse with those who couldn't speak English. The room is clean and quiet. The bathroom is very big - good water pressure for the shower."

"The staff apparently never received the booking that we made on booking.com but they still gave us a room and upgraded us to a better one (they said it was better) when we asked. The bathroom walls are frosted glass so when one of us goes to the toilet in the middle of the night it woke up the other - we are both light sleepers and went to the toilet more than once in the night. There is an armchair in the room which we never used. Would be better if that was removed so that there is more space for our luggage."

"The bus stop is right in front of the hotel which make it convenient to travel around. Within walking distance there is a night market and lots of eatery places nearby. To our surprise, there's also a wet market just across the street that sells daily fruit produce and tasty breakfast in the morning."

"There's a coin-operated laundry service within the hotel which is a plus point for travelers, however, the dryer did not work as expected. We dried the laundry for two rounds, and the clothing were were still damp. It added additional hassle in our traveling schedule instead of convenience, we had to go down to the laundry room again and again to check on the laundry."

"The place is honestly great ! Free filtered water, both hot and cold, private enough bunk-beds with curtain isolation and power plugs + space to put personnal items (and lockers inside the room), great common space with many guests coming, going and chatting. Staff speaks very good English as well, and some good food + visit recommendations on the spot. Bags of tea and instant coffee are available for free, laundry service at an affordable price."

"Two things to be noted before you come in : the lockers are not very big and for large backpacks you need to let them in the room. And prices skyrocket on the weekend. I definitely recommend to go there during the week, but to avoid on weekends (price get a *5 level increase)"
