Normans B&B peitub Hualieni linnas, Pine Gardenist 4 km kaugusel. See hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus on konditsioneeri ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega tubade ning privaatse parklaga. Majutusasutusest avaneb lummav vaade mägedele ja aiale. Liyu järv on 17 km kaugusel. Külalistele pakutakse tasuta transporditeenust, lifti ja pakihoidu. Majutusruumides on plaaditud põrandad, kööginurk koos nõudepesumasina ja kõige muu vajalikuga, einestamisnurk, lameekraaniga televiisor koos voogedastusteenusega ning privaatne vannituba, kus on dušikabiin ja sussid. Ümbruskonnaga tutvumiseks saab jalgrattaga sõita. Kodumajutusest saab üürida jalgrattaid. Majutusasutuse Normans B&B naabruses asuvad sellised populaarsed huviväärsused nagu Tzu Chi kultuuripark, Hualieni raudteejaam ja Hualien Tianhui tempel. Lähim lennujaam on Hualieni lennujaam, mis jääb 2 km kaugusele.

"Very friendly owner, very accomodating and even upgraded us to a bigger room since we were the only quests. Very spacious (shared) living room and kitchen, modern elevator and spacious room with very comfortable shower. Quiet surroundings and we could use the washing machine."
"The only downside is the very hard bed...the bed is wide (a bit short for Europeans but is everywhere the case in Taiwan), but really too hard. Also the location is only good if you have a car (which we had)."

"地點寧靜，附近早餐店選擇多，開車一下就到市中心。 房間乾淨，廁所採乾濕分離及免治馬桶，進出只需一張磁卡，且有電梯方便上下樓。 大門口可以自由拿瓶裝礦泉水，還有酒精防蟲噴霧可使用，民宿旁邊有公園可以給小孩放電。"

"電梯民宿很乾淨，有免治馬桶，洗澡水壓大，有好市多採購的洗髮精跟沐浴乳，但如果能有潤髮乳更好。吹風機風量也大，無需自備，插座非常多方便各式充電；停車方便，老闆人很好很親切 棉被也很貼心的準備單人被，避免搶被情況，或是也可另外選擇雙人被；四人房有一張加大床、一張標準雙人床，身形魁梧誰也很舒適，雖然沒附早餐，但五分鐘內走路就有三間，早餐店方便覓食。 這是第二次住宿，體驗一樣棒，下次來花蓮仍是首選"

"The host is a gracious and accommodating guy. He set us up with breakfast vouchers and directions to four different breakfast cafes nearby, which worked out great. Our room with large balcony was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. We had use of the kitchen and 24//7 coffee and tea. Located in a quiet residential area. Perfect stop for cyclists heading through Hualien."

"Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps. Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure."
