Fig Tree Residences rajatud Dar es Salaamis, 200 meetri kaugusel Yacht Clubi rannast ja 1,9 km kaugusel Msasani rannast. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. "The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable. There was enough room for me to exercise in the room. The location was great. Less than a mile’s walk from shop, restaurants, etc. Food at the onsite restaurant was pretty good and reasonably priced. My room had a nice little balcony with a table and 2 chairs, where I could smoke my postprandial cigar. Rooms were cleaned every day, laundry service was efficient, staff were friendly."

"Veramente favoloso! La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il nyerere National park. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ha organizzato per noi la visita al parco. Anche lo staff è preparato e gentilissimo. Lavorano al campo anche dei Masai che ti accompagnao la sera in camera e ti aiutano con le valige. La struttura affaccia direttamente sul fiume in una posizione sicura e rialzata e da qui si può organizzare un safari in barca della durata di circa due ore in cui si possono vedere coccodrilli, vari tipi di uccelli e ippopotami. La vista dalla camera è dalla zona comune è spettacolare. La camera è pulita e spaziosa e con una vista meravigliosa. Ulteriore nota positiva è il cibo, cucinato internamente sul fuoco e veramente buonissimo. Ogni dettaglio del campo, dagli alloggi alla cucina, è curato e garantisce un'esperienza immersiva. Riassumendo....meraviglioso e fortemente consigliato."
