Fig Tree Residences loodud Dar es Salaamis, 200 meetri kaugusel Yacht Clubi rannast ja 1,9 km kaugusel Msasani rannast. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Tansaania rahvusstaadion on majutusasutusest Fig Tree Residences 15 km kaugusel ning Kunduchi veepark on 19 km kaugusel. Lähim lennujaam on Julius Nyerere rahvusvaheline lennujaam, mis jääb 19 km kaugusele. Majutusasutus pakub tasulist lennujaamatransporti.

"The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable. There was enough room for me to exercise in the room. The location was great. Less than a mile’s walk from shop, restaurants, etc. Food at the onsite restaurant was pretty good and reasonably priced. My room had a nice little balcony with a table and 2 chairs, where I could smoke my postprandial cigar. Rooms were cleaned every day, laundry service was efficient, staff were friendly."

"I had a studio room, which had a microwave and fridge and a toaster. It would have been great to have a hot plate as well."

"The Service in the hotel was excellent; every staff we met was service minded and friendly. Our cottage with 2 bedrooms is very spacious and super clean. The terrace outside has comfortable sofa. Due to the rain, we did not use the private pool outside of our cottage, although the staff have kept it very clean throughout our stay. We had dinner in the hotel, the food were excellent and service superb. Our private driver & guider drove us around in the area, trying to catch a view of Kilimanjaro, unfortunately, due to the cloudy weather we did see anything. However, the next morning, we saw a clear and beautiful view of the mountain from the Flamingo lodge."

"We loved our stay at Moringe's and would definitely stay there again if we ever get the chance to come back to Zanzibar. We were looking for a quiet area with easy access to the beach and to local Swahili food and shops and this place was perfect for that. The room was spacious and located on the ground floor and we enjoyed sitting on the patio in front of the room to enjoy the afternoon breeze and shade. Breakfast was fantastic, we were served amazing rice cakes, fresh fruits, juice and so many other delicious things. Moringe was very responsive and ready to answer all our questions."

The reception immediately arranged soy milk for me, and throughout my entire stay I was able to enjoy soy milk with my coffee.
