Retro asetseb Zanzibaris, 500 meetri kaugusel Stone Towni rannast. Majutusasutusest avaneb lummav vaade linnale. Selles kolmetärniresidentsis on konditsioneeri ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega sviidid, kus on privaatne vannituba. Residentsil on ka aed. Majutusasutus pakub lennujaamatransporti ja jalgratta üürimise võimalust. Kõikides tubades on kirjutuslaud. Kõikides tubades on voodipesu ja rätikud. "The caretaker was smelling alcohol and seemed to be drinking a lot during his work time. The mosquito nets, curtains and carpets in the house were not clean and smelled dust."

"The location is great, i liked the antique furniture in the lounge. The brakefast was very nice, large variety of fruits. Transport to the airport was organised and the driver came on time even earlier."

"The breakfast room was not set for every guest to take place. A big table (for 6 pax) was occupied by 2 guests only and the staff didnt arrange to make space and set for one more person."

"Utupoa was the best choice for the second 6 days of our stay in Zanzibar, it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, quiet, right on the beach, on a great stretch of beach.
