Aia ja merevaatega Slipway Studios paiknev Dar es Salaamis, 700 meetri kaugusel Msasani rannast ja 1,3 km kaugusel Yacht Clubi rannast. "This is my third long stay at Slipway Studios and I always love it. The location next to the ocean, with restaurants and cafes and shops downstairs, is perfect. It is quiet but if you want clubs and bars they are just a few minutes tuktuk ride away. The staff at Slipway are very friendly and responsive. The rooms have great aircon, hot water, kitchenette, fridge, cable TV, super fast unlimited WiFi. I highly recommend and will be back!"

"Convenient spot close to the ocean. All amenities including the wifi were working properly. Daily clean up is done super well."

"Slipwayはガードマン付きゲートのある敷地の中にあり、土産物屋やレストランが同じ敷地にあるので、時間がない旅でも安全に色々な体験ができます。海が目の前にあり、時間によって異なる美しい景色が楽しめます。私たちは急遽フライトがチェックアウト予定日の前日の夜中に変更になってしまいましたが、フロントの男性がチェックアウトの時間の変更に応じてくださり、無事に旅立つことができました。"

"The Service in the hotel was excellent; every staff we met was service minded and friendly. Our cottage with 2 bedrooms is very spacious and super clean. The terrace outside has comfortable sofa. Due to the rain, we did not use the private pool outside of our cottage, although the staff have kept it very clean throughout our stay. We had dinner in the hotel, the food were excellent and service superb. Our private driver & guider drove us around in the area, trying to catch a view of Kilimanjaro, unfortunately, due to the cloudy weather we did see anything. However, the next morning, we saw a clear and beautiful view of the mountain from the Flamingo lodge."
