"There was no kettle or coffee in the room, for this class of hotel I'd expect there to be complementary coffee and tea. Also, one of the glasses was not properly washed, but that was my only cleanliness concern."
"Ideally located in the centre of the city, easy walking distance to all parts of the city I required. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were warm, quiet, clean and spacious. The restaurant was clean and well managed with attentive staff. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. There was a good selection on the menu for dinner, which was nicely presented, tasty and hot."
