Tashkenti Mirabadi linnaosas asuv Topchan pakub iga päev üritusi ja tegevusi. Taškendi rahvusvaheline lennujaam on vaid 3 km kaugusel ja Taškendi pearaudteejaam on 2 km kaugusel.
