"Front desk call at 5:45 before we checked in, looking for us. We were 5 minutes away. Very friendly. Could use a few more parking spots for cars."

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"Small hotel of 10 rooms, with large rooms (includes a small fridge), comfortable bed, nice local shower products and very quiet as I did not hear at all the other rooms despite all the rooms being in the same building. The heated swimming pool is a great feature, breakfast outside in the sun by the swimming pool and diners inside by the fire, as it was a bit chilly in the evenings, were really nice. The food was excellent too. Finally the staff was very kind and efficient. There are several cats on the property - to be mentioned for those who it could be an issue. Also, the property did not serve any alcohol."

Just like everywhere in Faroese Islands its a bit pricy, but still reasonable compared to other options.

"This is our favourite place in Pamporovo, close to the ski area. We would come back again."

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.
