"Very nice, friendly, clean, quiet little hotel in a great location. I had a double room and it looked exactly as beautiful as on the photos. The furniture was a bit worn but that just made it more charming. I had a room on the sixth floor with a good view. You get the usual noise from the street but the area isn't too loud and I always sleep with earplugs anyway so I heard nothing. There are only two rooms on every floor so it also is not too loud from other guests. The staff like Alex and Ha Chu are all very cheerful and helpful. I booked a tour to Halong Bay with them and could leave my big backpack at the hotel, and when I came back they gave me the same room again. :-) Unfortunately I had to change my flight and had to leave one night earlier, but they gave me the money back for that last night without any problems. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The scenery is peaceful and restful. The loft was impecably clean and cozy. Jean's recommendations on Hue were spot on. On top of that, I really welcomed the experience of being part of the household's routine, it was really nice to be able to share a meal and play with the kids. It's a little bit far from town, but nothing that a Grab can't resolve it. The overall experience makes up for it. I wish Tam Tinh Vien the very best!"

"I booked it specifically for the location. It's perfect - close to lots of main sights, good restaurants but off the main road so quiet. Nice big room, good small kitchen. Good sixed bathroom with attached "dressing room" area with loads of storage space. Staff very friendly and welcoming."
