"Excellent stay overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of most major city attractions. Although the city itself is not particularly walkable, the hotel’s location makes exploring much easier and saves time on transportation."

"Unfortunately, one major issue during our stay was the bathroom design. The toilet had an open slit at the top, which made it uncomfortable and lacked privacy. It felt poorly designed and not very practical. Additionally, there was no bidet provided, which was inconvenient and below the standard we expected."

"Receptionist and the one who answer the phone during my stay were very good in communication, support and cooperation. Breakfast excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Location not so bad although I didn't really affect me as I've been pick up everyday for work."

"The staff were very accommodating with my request for a corner room. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. As my partner was feeling unwell, I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on for more than 24 hours, and the front desk proactively called to check if we needed any assistance, which I truly appreciated. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the famous Bùi Viện Street."

"The hot kettle was faulty and needed to be replaced. The coffee machine was also not functioning properly. I had it replaced twice, and only the third unit worked"

"Our rooms were very spacious and with very nice views of the city... Location was very central... Although there were bit of water leakage issues from the roof - the staff were very efficient and did rectify the situation very quickly. Guess that's her name the lady at the guests relations - Anh (blond lady) was very good - we had problem with our airline and she was very helpful..."
