For example, when I got issue to get a GRAB taxi because of the end of New Lunar Year celebration, they helped me to get a bus. By myself it would definitely be worse. Employee who helped even refused to get some cash for her help. Another one point, when AI translation was not satisfying, owner called to her daughter who is fluent in English. So she translated and all misunderstanding were corrected."
