Kuurort Rockwater loodud Ipaki lahe ääres Põhja-Tannas. Kohapeal on erarand ja maastikukujundusega aiad. Soovi korral on saadaval edasi-tagasi lennujaamatransport. Kuurordis on nii sise- kui ka välisgurmeerestoran. Külalised saavad kuurordi ees snorgeldada, matkata või lõõgastuda ja raamatut lugeda. Kõikides kuurordi majutusruumides on tee ja kohvi valmistamise võimalus. Tubades on privaatne vannituba ja vann ning mõnel toal on ka terrass. Tubades on istumisnurk. Kuurordi Rockwater külalised saavad nautida sooja à la carte kontinentaalne hommikusööki.
