The Espiritu kinnitunud Luganville'i epitsentris, vaid 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel kauplustest, kohvikutest ja sukeldumiskeskustest. Majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Kohapeal on sukeldumisvarustuse pesuruum. Lisaks on olemas väike Teise maailmasõja muuseum. Tu bistroois ja baaris saab einestada nii siseruumides kui ka vabas õhus. Külastajatele pakutakse moodsat Austraalia kööki koos Itaalia ja Tai mõjutustega. Baaris pakutakse erinevaid kohalikke õllesid ning Austraalia ja Uus-Meremaa veine.

"I stayed at the Espiritu while in Santo on business and it worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi was reliable, and being right in the middle of Luganville made it easy to get around to customers. What really stood out though was the atmosphere — my customer took me on the local war museum tour which was an eye-opener, and back at the hotel the Friday night BBQ and karaoke was a highlight. Great food, plenty of laughs, and a good chance to meet people. The staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful the whole time. A great balance of work convenience and local experience — I’ll definitely be back."

"The breakfast was amazing so many options, specially the French toast was my favourite so good! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always trying to check in and make sure we were happy. The food at the restaurant was good value for money and delicious."
