Bitou River Lodge loodud Bitou jõe kaldal, Plettenbergi lahest 11,8 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on ujula ning igast toast pääseb aeda, kust pääseb jõe äärde. Igas individuaalselt sisustatud toas on ventilaator ja televiisor. Tubadel on ka terrass. Voodi on kaetud sääsevõrkudega ning privaatses vannitoas on vann ja dušš. Majutusasutuses Bitou River serveeritakse igal hommikul talumaja hommikusööki. Mitmed restoranid, kus pakutakse erinevaid kohalikke ja rahvusvahelisi toite, asuvad 7 km kaugusel. "Fantastic place! The rooms are big and beautifully designed. There is wonderful outdoor seating right by the river, and breakfast is served on the terrace surrounded by birds – a true paradise for nature lovers. Pure relaxation! The hosts are incredibly kind. Manuel, who served breakfast, also took us on a canoe trip, which was a wonderful experience in stunning nature. The location is perfect if you’re looking for tranquility, yet it’s only about eight minutes from the center of Plettenberg Bay. We even extended our stay by one night (we would have stayed longer if our travel plans allowed it). Highly recommended!"

"I booked the stay for my elderly parents. They have told me so many lovely things about the property: the setting along the Bitou estuary, the bedrooms, the views and the hosts who were exceptionally attentive and caring and friendly. They even booked a restaurant for my folks that was wheelchair friendly. My dad raved about the breakfasts, saying they were better than breakfasts he has had in 5-star hotels all over the world. My mom loved the tranquility and sounds of nature. Thank you so much for making my parents' stay so special."

"The staff was very friendly, we felt warmly welcomed, they also brought us gluten free rusks. The place is beautiful, and it is a nice spot to relax and be in nature. The breakfast was delicious, although for the price, there could have been better options."
"The swimming pool was dirty. Also, the view of the river was not that great compared to the photos, as it needs some clearing up work. We were expecting a nicer view of the river. Regarding the price, it is a bit higher for the value that they offer."

"Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."

"We really enjoyed the accommodation. We were kindly welcomed right at our car for check-in and received plenty of helpful information and guidance. The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, (the bathroom is amazing!) The property is located on a farm, with lovely orchards and a beautiful garden, which we really enjoyed. It’s about 15 minutes from MQP airport; since we planned to leave very early, the host kindly packed our breakfast so we could enjoy it in our room before departing."
