Sellel moodsal külalistemajal on suur aed koos terrassi ja välibasseiniga, kust avaneb lummav vaade ookeanile ja mägedele. Majutusasutus loodud Hout Bay rannast ja sadamast 3 km kaugusel. Kõikidest moodsatest tubadest avaneb dekoratsioon ookeanile või mägedele. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Külalistemaja CUBE valgusküllastes ja elegantsetes avarates tubades on suured aknad ja puitpõrandad. Igas toas on privaatne vannituba, kus on vann ja dušš. Kõikides tubades on tasuta WiFi-ühendus, lameekraaniga televiisor, minibaar ja Nespresso kohvimasin. Mõnedes tubades on Apple'i digitaalne vastuvõtja. Hommikusööki, mis koosneb värsketest kodustest leibadest ja konservidest, serveeritakse iga päev päikeseterrassil, mis loodud soojendusega basseini kõrval. Mitmed restoranid, kus pakutakse erinevaid kohalikke ja rahvusvahelisi toite, asuvad 5-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Piirnev asuvate vaatamisväärsuste ja tegevuste hulka kuuluvad Houti lahe ja Llandudno rannad ning matkarajad. Turismiinfo aitab korraldada ekskursioone. Kaplinn on 20-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel ning Kaplinna rahvusvaheline lennujaam on 25-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.

"Beau design de la maison mais peu chaleureux et chambre peu pratique et pas très bien conçue: pas de patères dans la salle de bains, pas de poubelle dans la chambre (seulement une mini poubelle dans la salle de bains), seulement un port usb près de la tête de lit, frigo tres petit et pas très froid. Petit déjeuner répétitif et une grande table commune. En général pas de souci mais quand on a des jeunes enfants mal élevés à table, ça gâche un peu le beau cadre et le réveil."

"Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."

The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, (the bathroom is amazing!) The property is located on a farm, with lovely orchards and a beautiful garden, which we really enjoyed. It’s about 15 minutes from MQP airport; since we planned to leave very early, the host kindly packed our breakfast so we could enjoy it in our room before departing."
