See puhkemaja rajatud ajaloolise Knysna mäenõlval ning pakub vaateid Knysna laguunile. Puhkemajakesel on möbleeritud terrass ja aed koos Braai rajatistega. Majutusasutuse Lagoon Lodge majutusruumidel on ühine istumisnurk peamisel rõdul ja aias. Igas toas on satelliittelevisioon, väike külmkapp ja privaatne vannituba. Mõnel toal on rõdu, kust avaneb panoraam aiale ja laguunile. Iga päev serveeritakse söögisaalis või peamisel laguunivaatega rõdul 3-käigulist hommikusööki. Mitmed restoranid ja baarid asuvad Knysna jahisadama ääres, mis jääb 5-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. Külalised saavad aias kasutada Braai grillimisvahendeid. Majutusasutuse Lagoon Lodge siseruumides on istumisnurk, kus on puitmööbel, maalid, taimed ja vintage-stiilis salongid. Plettenbergi laht ja Robbergi looduskaitseala on 40-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Knysna raudteejaam on 20-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel.

"The hotel is located in a peaceful area with a beautiful view of the estuary and is not close to the Waterfront, though if you have a car this won’t be a problem. Uber is also easy to find there. Breakfast is delicious, and I highly recommend the "world-famous inn omelets." Mr. Appel is not only very attentive but also extremely charismatic. We highly recommend it."

"Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."

"We really enjoyed the accommodation. We were kindly welcomed right at our car for check-in and received plenty of helpful information and guidance. The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, (the bathroom is amazing!) The property is located on a farm, with lovely orchards and a beautiful garden, which we really enjoyed. It’s about 15 minutes from MQP airport; since we planned to leave very early, the host kindly packed our breakfast so we could enjoy it in our room before departing."
