"Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

The amenities listing was incorrect for kitchenware. There was only 2 cups which to us did not equate to kitchenware. We booked an apartment with a kitchenette due to my food intolerances and needing to self cater. We did get some by asking.

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

The only point to note is that not all the suites in this category have a view over Gyeongbokgung Palace - when we wrote before our trip to double check, we were told that most of those suites are booked by long-term guests, and when we arrived there were indeed no suites with a palace view available. However, our suite had a great city view, including Namsan Tower and a view directly over Jogyesa Temple. We also got to enjoy sunrise every morning from our room, so for a winter stay it was very nice. The hotel also kindly stored a suitcase for us for a few days after we checked out. Great location, highly recommend."

"The comfort, accessibility and ease of the accommodation."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

It was sewage/ mold smell in the room Old furniture/ curtains. Plastic linen. Nobody on site. Only one used toilet paper in the room...Just buy by yourself theese necessary items because the owner is bot ansewer at WhatsApp msgs. Considering the price for ths accommodation , its ok... There was not any sign with the name of the accommodation. Just ask the neighbours if u cant figure it out where it is. Use ONLY "Tatev apartments" when u search on Google Maps the location, not the adress listed in the add.

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

A limpeza podia ser melhor.

"Остров небольшой (800 на 400м). На острове 3 отеля, 3 магазина, 2 кафешки. дайв-клуб. У отеля собственный частный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и хорошим заходом в воду - даже тапочки не нужны. Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"
