Edelweisshof kinnitunud maalilises Birnbaumi külas Lesachi oru keskmes Karni Alpide ja Lienzi Dolomiitide vahel. Igal hommikul serveeritakse rikkalikku hommikusööki Rootsi lauas. Suvel saate hommikusööki nautida terrassil. Seal pakutakse pärastlõunal kohvi ja kooke. Õhtuti saate lõõgastuda baaris koos joogi ja noolemänguga. Aiast avaneb panoraamvaade ümbritsevatele mägedele.
