The size of the room was a little cramped.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. Highly recommended without a single doubt."

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"The rooms were large and clean, the location was very convenient. There was a gas station nearby, so you could buy things at any time. The restaurant downstairs had very tasty meals. Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."

the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well

Many pigeon droppings outside, even arround the pool. Very loud ventilator in the bathroom. Bad smell outside at night.

"Bed space and the cleaness of the room and the garden view"

The WiFi was down the whole time I was there.

"This is such a unique property and what an experience to stay in a Troglodyte home. We were welcomed warmly and thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in the cave like rooms, that were so spacious too. Dinner is available at the guesthouse for a reasonable price considering how much food they gave us too."

The showers in the bathrooms have zero water pressure, it was just a trickle of water unfortunately.

Outside walls completely built in glass are not best thermal insulator that's why during winter is a bit chill during the night

"A személyzet, mind a recepción, mind az étteremben nagyon nagyon kedves, segítőkèsz, barátságos volt. A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. Rooms are small but great if you only need a place to sleep. We use this hotel al lot for ease.
