Bed & Breakfast DRUUM paikneb Brüsseli kesklinnas, 500 meetri kaugusel Sainte Catherine'i metroojaamast. Avarad ruumid on 900 meetri kaugusel Manneken Pis'ist ja Grand Place'ist. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. Kohapeal on tasuline eraparkla. Mõis pärineb 1850. aastast ja on hästi säilinud. Kõik elamispinnad on kujundatud kunstniku või kunstikollektsiooni poolt, et luua külalistele ainulaadne eluruum. Elamui DRUUM sviitides on puitpõrandad ja suured aknad. Kõikides tubades on privaatne avatud vannituba, kus on kvaliteetsed seadmed. Mõnel majutusruumil on rõdu. Iga päev serveeritakse rikkalikku hommikueinei, mis sisaldab kohvi, teed, värskeid mahlu, leiba, külmi lihalõike ja juuste, jogurtit ja palju muud. Majutusasutuses on toateenindus. DRUUM peitub vaiksel tänaval ning gurmeerestoranid, baarid ja kohvikud asuvad vähem kui 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kaunis Sabloni piirkond on hotellistruktuurist DRUUM 2 km kaugusel. Pealegi on seal Mont des Arts, kus on kõik muuseumid ja panoraamlummav vaade. Brüsseli lennujaam jääb 11 km kaugusele.
