"Stunning view and hotel facilities. All dessert activities are available upon same day booking. Pool area is lovely and bar snacks and drinks are decent. Rooms are lovely with outdoor sun-bed and bath tub. Other than the unpleasant dinning experience mentioned below, all other staff including the reception area, pool area and luggage delivery service are excellent."

"Had a very unpleasant dinner due to terrible service and lack of training. We were told a 10-minute wait for a table, but no one managed the queue and the crowd kept growing with no updates. Some customers seated themselves randomly, and staff said it was fine. After seating, it took over 30 minutes to get menus and nearly an hour before anyone took our order. I ordered two glasses of sangria, but the waiter never entered it properly. Management later said sangria is only available by the jug and refused to cancel. We ended up waiting two hours with almost no service before the food arrived. Very chaotic and frustrating experience. Would not recommend dinning area until they improve staff training and basic service."
