Majutusasutus peitub Winkelmatteni piirkonnas Zermatti külas. Neljakorruselises Chalet Schwalbennest on ühendatud maalähedased detailid ja moodsad kujunduselemendid. Erksates punastes ja mustades toonides köögi letid ning nahkdiivanid paiknevad kaunite puittalade ja -põrandate kõrval. Maast laeni akendest pääseb sisse palju loomulikku valgust ja sealt avanevad imelised vaated Matterhorni mäele. Rõdult avaneb silmapiir ümbritsevale Alpide maastikule. Enamikus Chalet Schwalbennesti tubades on puit, kuid mõnedes tubades on kiviseinad. Ühes magamistoas on vann. Vannitubades on mullivann. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. Elutoas on kaasaegne mööbel, klaasist kamin, lameekraaniga televiisor ja kaabeltelevisioon. Avaras köögis on moodsad seadmed ja külmkapp koos sisseehitatud televiisoriga. Laste mänguväljak on vaid 50 meetri kaugusel. Bussipeatus on 100 meetri kaugusel. Chalet Schwalbennest kinnitunud Zermatti köisraudteest ja Findelbachi raudteejaamast 200 meetri kaugusel. Matterhorn Express on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Suusatõstukid ja Zermatti küla keskus on 15-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Zermatti raudteejaam on 25-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Zermatt on autovaba kuurort.

"Great little chalet with two double bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Old wooden beams were used in construction which gives the place an authentic feel! Great living area with A/V system for movie nights, and stunning views of the Matterhorn above. Lots of balconies, nice for morning hangouts. Thank you Daniela."
