Da Erminia pakub panoraamvaateid Verdabbiole ja kohalikele mägedele. Külalistemajas on kulinaarne universum, kus pakutakse Šveitsi ja piirkondlikke roogasid. Lähim bussijaam Verdabbio Piazza on vaid 100 meetri kaugusel ja UNESCO maailmapärandi nimistusse kuuluv Bellinzona on 12 km kaugusel. Da Erminia tubades on puitpõrandad. Ühine vannituba positsioneeritud koridoris. Külalistemajas on ka apartemendid, kus on diivanvoodiga elutuba, kööginurk ning duši ja fööniga vannituba. "Enjoyed a one night stay here. Lovely location. Bed was comfy but near the floor! Breakfast was good. We had evening meal here, which was ok, if maybe a little expensive for what it was; but that was partly our fault due to my wifes dairy free requirement. We would stay again but would consider having evening meal beforehand. The lady did make a big effort to provide her what she needed at breakfast. Some reviews indicate that it is hard to find - I entered the street into sat nav and found it no bother, but it is up a longish unpaved road."
