Hof Arosa paikneb keskses, kuid vaikses kohas, 1800 m kõrgusel merepinnast Schanfiggi orus, 5-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Arosa köisraudteest. Külaliste mugavuse tagamiseks on kohapeal lift, sisebassein ja saun. Apartementides on lihtne puitmööbel, köök koos kõige vajalikuga ja televiisoriga istumisnurk. Privaatses vannitoas on dušš. Soovi korral tuuakse hommikuti apartementi värskelt küpsetatud saiakesi. Kohapeal on laste mänguväljak ja mängude tuba. WiFi-ühendus on saadaval lisatasu eest. Piirnev asuvasse Kursaali kultuuri- ja konverentsikeskusesse saate tasuta ühistranspordiga. Poed ja kino asuvad 200 meetri kaugusel. Avalik järvebassein on 500 meetri kaugusel. Suvehooajal on hinna sees järgmised tegevused: uisutamine, köisraudtee mägedesse, kohalike muuseumide külastamine, rongi kasutamine Langwiesesse, tasuta juurdepääs rannale, vesijalgratta tasuta kasutamine ja tasuta ronimispark.
