"Asukoht oli suurepärane, tasuta e-bussi peatus oli lähedal, samas oli kõik jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Duši veesurve oli tõesti väga hea, kiire internet, parimad tekid, mida olen hotellides kohanud, väga head padjad, tasuta veepudelid, mida uuendatakse iga päev. Jalanõud tuli jätta koridori, aga see ei häirinud ja tundus mõistlik. Toavõtmete süsteem oli väga nutikas lahendus"

"Asukohast sõltuvalt oli kuulda tugevat veekohinat, ka siis kui aknad on suletud. Hommikusöök ei olnud midagi erilist, kõik vajalik oli nagu olemas, aga oleks võinud olla midagi lisaks, näiteks pannkoogid või vahvlid või plaadikook - midagi magusat."

"The location and the friendly welcome is the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. The stubli bar has a great atmosphere. Breakfast is very good. The view of the Matterhorn from our room/balcony was a special treat."

"There is no lift (and I think would be impossible to put one in). The team are happy to help with luggage so this is not a problem as long as you ask for help. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The en-suite bathroom in our room has a shower over the bath which may need to be redesigned as it was difficult to use."

"Nestled in a perfect location, with a quiet Alpine charm that made us feel instantly at home. What touched us most, was the genuine warmth of the staff — kind, attentive, and truly caring. I had accidentally left behind a small teddy bear with deep sentimental value, and to my surprise, they went out of their way to send it all the way to Romania by post. It was a beautiful gesture of kindness that spoke volumes about the people behind the place."

"The only drawback was the construction work just across the street, which brought quite a bit of noise in the mornings — not ideal when you’re hoping to sleep in and enjoy a slow vacation day."

"the hotel is really near the main railway station and just one-step beside the cable station up to the matterhorn. So, if one wanna go for the 5-lakes hiking trail, the hotel is really valuable for stay. Also, the mountain rail station to go for Gornergrat is nearby. And about the room, it's warm and lovely, with the unexpected large size which I believe far more than enough to arrange ski equipments with. And the balcony offering a straight view to the matterhorn, beautiful to shoot the peak at dawn and sunrise."

"all good, if one thing could be better, that would be the location. The whole building was not very tall and built all flat based, so even with a mountain view balcony, there is another big house in front of the view which covered half of the peak. I believe those resorts on the half-hill may have the better sight. But, it's still great to having cup of drink at night, watching the matterhorn peak and enjoying the peace at the balcony."

"Easy walk from the railway station. Convenient for the Gornergrat Bahn, and Sunegga lift just over the road. Plentiful continental breakfast with scrambled and hard boiled eggs. Variety of fresh breads. Great coffee. Single en suite room was a good size. Comfy bed and very quiet."

"Not mentioned online that they did not do dinner except in winter. Was tired and could not be bothered to go out in heavy rain."
