Directly opposite Cornavin Train Station, this modern 4-star hotel features a unique architectural design with glass lifts and walls. Facilities include a sauna, a fitness room, and a 24-hour reception. A special feature of Hotel Cornavin is the world’s largest pendulum. 30 metres long, it hangs from the ninth floor and swings right down to the ground floor in the lobby. The breakfast room on the 8th floor provides panoramic views over Geneva. There is a small bar near the reception, and room service is available. The Cornavin’s bright and elegantly furnished rooms are all air-conditioned. Each unit features satellite TV, a minibar, and a bathroom with hairdryer. On arrival, guests receive a card for all public transport in Geneva free of charge. Public parking spaces are 50 metres away. The city centre and Lake Geneva can be reached in a 10-minute walk.

"Location is great, right next to the train station, which is useful if you are traveling with your luggage on the train or coming from the airport. The area is lively with many restaurants and cafes. From the hotel, it is an easy walk to the city center. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has a nice variety of breads and egg options."

"The room was excellent and spacious overlooking the Notre Dame Basilica. Despite the main tramway station right outside the hotel door, you do not hear anything inside. Then, the main city train station is in the hotel 's space. Taking the glass elevator to your room gets you to see the trains arriving and leaving all day long. Breakfast room on the 8th floor has a nice panaromic city view and tables setup is very well done. Service at the reception was more than great by all staff members no matter what the time of the day was."
