Külalistemaja Cresta positsioneeritud otse Samnaun-Ischgli suusapiirkonna suusanõlval Lareti külas Samnauni päris lähedal. Kõikjal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Tasuta suusabuss peatub otse hoone vastas ning apresi suusabaar on 50 meetri kaugusel. Kõikides tubades on traditsiooniline puitmööbel, lameekraaniga televiisor, satelliittelevisioon, istumisnurk ning vannituba, kus on vann või dušš ja föön. Parkimiskohtade kasutamine maksab 5 Šveitsi franki (CHF) päevas. Samnauni köisraudtee on hotellist Cresta 5-minutilise suusabussisõidu kaugusel. Suvel saab kohalikke köisraudteid tasuta kasutada. Suvel saab tasuta kasutada ka 100 meetri kaugusel asuvat Alpenquelli avalikku basseini. Suusapiigutamise gurmeerestoran paiknev 50 meetri kaugusel.

"Exceptionally friendly owners and very good breakfast. Also the location - it‘s in Samnaun „Compatsch“ - just outside of the main village of „Samnaun“. This may sound off-putting, but it‘s actually quite to the contrary, if you prefer things to be a tad more quiet and less over-touristy. easy distance from the main cable car stations, and an ideal spot if you like to go biking as well."
