Constructive criticism only: It would be a big help to have a broom to sweep the floor myself. There is a mop, but... it's a mop.

"The staff was not so supportive, They didn't even provided us with dirinking water and neither any water filer was accessible at the night. In the morning we asked for towels around 4 times but they didn't provided us with that even."
If the staff would have been a bit supportive and accessible, it would have been much better.

"The hotel is located in a quiet area but close to shops, restaurants, cafes and historical sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great. We can highly recommend this affordable and cozy hotel."
