Aiavaate ja ühise puhkeruumiga JA paikneb mugavalt Kutaisis, Kutaisi raudteejaamast, Colchise purskkaevust ja Valgest sillast lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. 1954. aastal ehitatud majutusasutuses on konditsioneeri ja rõduga majutusruumid. Majutusasutuses on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt, ühine köök ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Külalistele pakutakse lennujaamatransporti. Kõikides majutusruumides on istumisnurk, einestamisnurk ning köök, kus on praeahi, mikrolaineahi, külmkapp, pliit ja kõik muu vajalik. Mõnes majutusruumis on privaatne vannituba, kus on vann, sussid, föön ja tasuta tualetitarbed. Lisaks on toas vein või šampanja, puuviljad, šokolaad või küpsised. Kahe Sammu Kaugusel on võimalik korraldada ekskursioone vaatamisväärsuste juurde. Külalistemajal on aed ja päikeseterrass, kus külalised saavad hea ilma korral lõõgastuda. Bagrati katedraal on majutusasutusest JA 2,7 km kaugusel ning Motsameta klooster on 6,8 km kaugusel. Lähim lennujaam on Kutaisi rahvusvaheline lennujaam, mis jääb 35 km kaugusele.

"The place is cheap andokay - the beds are fine, the toilet and shower are separate (which is a plus!) and the location is not far out. If you are only there for sleeping and do not plan on spending time in your room, it is an okay place."
"I wished I paid a bit more for a better place. The room is very dark. When you are tall, you will probably hit your head a couple of times. The rooms were (and stayed due to the building) very warm. You cannot sit too comfortably and it feels quire claustrophobic."
"Cosy geuset house with an atmosphere like visiting grandparents garden house. Lovley plants surrounding terrace where you can seat and drink tea. Very clean and Cosy. There is well equipped kitchen, laundry cost only 5 gel, there is bathroom, we got also fresh towels, there are comfortable beds and it is not far from the city center- 20 min walk. Near by is a shop 24/7
