It's not a complaint as it didn't cause a problem, but the only thing to mention was that the reception wasn't open before 10am, so we had to let the cleaning staff know we were checking out and give our keys to them as the reception was closed.

"Great location in the heart of the old town. The property also has a wonderful roof terrace which gives good views over the mosque and old town. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Great sleep despite being in the centre of the old town (no traffic noise). Excellent value for money."

Possibly the size of the bathroom is a bit small, but that was my fault as I chose the single room.

"The scenery is peaceful and restful. The loft was impecably clean and cozy. Jean's recommendations on Hue were spot on. On top of that, I really welcomed the experience of being part of the household's routine, it was really nice to be able to share a meal and play with the kids. It's a little bit far from town, but nothing that a Grab can't resolve it. The overall experience makes up for it. I wish Tam Tinh Vien the very best!"

Beautiful dark wood colonial style in the bedroom, very cool but for those of us of a certain age a bit too dark

"Excellent quiet location for visiting Constantia and the Hout Bay area. Beautiful view towards the sea. Well equipped and very spacious."

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

"Lovely jamaican couple running a little Guest House just 5 min away from the beach. The highlight of the stay was the pool and the served food for dinner. I highly recommend eating at the Guest House! The rooms were spacious and nicely temperature thanks to the well working AC. If you looking for a nice and peaceful place to stay close to kokrobite, don't miss out on that one!"

From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive, which created a really warm and relaxing atmosphere. The views were absolutely beautiful and we could truly enjoy and admire them during our stay. It made the whole experience even more special. "We enjoyed staying in this pleasant beautifully decorated house with the lovely host Genet and her 4 puppies. She was very warm ,welcoming and treated us like a member of the family. Genet was very efficient and organised and updated us regularly before our arrival. She arranged safe transport for us ,gave us very useful tips and reccomeded lovely places to dine at. Every day she prepared amazing traditional breakfast dishes and before we left even gave us her own home made berber and another special powder. Loved staying here and will always remember Genet"

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

Tuba oli küll vist valmis pandud, aga külm, kuniks ise kaminasse tule tegime ja sooja saime - puud leidsime õues riidast, tikud pidid endal olema. Vist õhutamise eesmärgil irvakil olnud aknad panime kinni. Nagi meie üleriiete raskusele vastu ei pidanud.
