"It is a bit old so if you like brand new maybe not a great choice but if you like traditional with great service then it is brilliant!"

"Beautifully clean, friendly and homely family run hotel. Continental breakfast was excellent quality with everything you could want. Great value for money. Idyllic alpine village setting."

"Bit of a hike uphill in ski boots to the ski-lift. Found that we could use the elevator in the multi-story car park to ascend 6 floors which helped massively."

"This hotel has a very good location in Châtel. It’s truly value for money. Two of the three rooms had a renovated bathroom, the third had a new bath. The double beds were rather small - especially for tall people. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Fresh fruit and eggs, warm bread and tasty yoghurt. For dinner, the restaurant offers very good local dishes. Take into account that even as a hotel guest, you need to reserve for breakfast and dinner upfront… your table is not reserved automatically."
Negative point :
"The only downside is that the restaurant only opens at 7pm. You don’t have a bar to have a drink after ski or day activity. Also, breakfast is served between 8am and 10am, which is quite late for early skiers."

"Location, staff, food, room size. They even have a shuttle taking the guest to the sky slopes - as we had our stay during ski season. The spa center is a big +."

"Different bathroom habits from what we are used to…. not having a bathroom door (just a curtain) was a bit stressful. Luckily the toilet had a door. :)"
