"The location was great for heading to a concert in the 3 arena. The bus dropped us off very close to the hotel and the luas is so nearby too. The staff members we dealt with were all very friendly and the place was kept very clean."
"There was no safe in the room which was unexpected as I’ve never experienced that in a hotel room before so we had nowhere to leave our valuables when we left the room. The bed was two mattresses put together so you could feel the dip in the middle of the bed which bothered my partner."
"The staff were lovely and the decor divine ! We had a mini room! But it was fine for what we needed really. The location is a 30 min walk along the river to Temple Bar so out of the noise and a great nights sleep!"

"Not very sound proof could hear everything from next door/ corridor & outside the building works Mattress was too soft it bowed in the middle Mini fridge had no signage to determine price Charged for deposit even though already pre book/ paid ( I understand this is standard- just don’t agree with it)"
"Great location for exploring Dublin and especially attending events at the 3Arena. The hotel also has a spa area and there is more than one restaurant and great views from the restaurant at the top (but book ahead)."
"The breakfast was too heavy, very few light/healthy options, but the food quality was good. The compact rooms are very small, so be warned if you have a lot of luggage but the value for money is outstanding."
