"The hotel is clean and well presented. The swimming pool area is lovely"

"Our room was directly above a construction site for a shop bend built below. The noise didn’t bother us in the day as we were not in the room but it began at 7am so was disturbing in the morning"

"The staff were great and breakfast was pretty good. A lovely pool and garden. I recommend the suite if your budget stretches that far"

"I ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was shockingly bad. It really tasted like it was left in a microwave for an hour and smelled rotten. Avoid at all costs."

"Staff were really attentive breakfast was fairly basic but ok walk to the night market in about 20mins or 5 mins on a tuk tuk. Overall a decent stay in a really good room"

"The room was clean and beauitiful and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The facilities are lovely."

"The location isn't great for getting into the inner old city however this was somewhat offset by the staff running a free shuttle into town. The breakfast was a bit boring and lacking for the price point."

"Hermoso hotel, muy limpio y cuidado. La pileta es enorme y se puede disfrutar de un almuerzo que te preparan en el restaurante del hotel en la zona de la misma. El personal es súper amable y predispuesto. La habitación muy cómoda y la cama increíble. El desayuno está muy bien también."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a very peaceful location by the reservoir. The bungalows are wonderful, and from the bed you can enjoy a stunning view of the lake. The rooms are very well designed, with a separate toilet and a very spacious bathroom. Everything works perfectly, the beds are comfortable, and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The entire property is extremely well maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. The food is also excellent – especially the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. We had a truly wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace and relaxation while spending a few lovely days by the lake."

"It was good for a two-night stay, close to everything. The building is a bit old (like most places in the area), and the rooms and bathroom are too, but everything was clean and functional (both the AC and the fan worked). Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel and had a good selection of fruit, and you could also order eggs. There was also a buffet with rice, some vegetables, and I believe some meat. The staff seemed a bit stressed but generally answered questions and provided information when needed."
