"The location was good. In a quiet spot but easy to walk to livelier areas. Large supermarket close by. Loved the adjoining bungalow accommodation with balconies over the Lily pond. Staff very nice and helpful."

"The hotel was located on a reasonably quiet side street but within easy walking distance of the city centre. The hotel has a large pond with breakfast served on a jetty. Our room was down one side whereas others had patios or balconies overlooking the pond but was clean, comfortable and spacious."

"Very little really. If it matters to anyone, the pool is not very big and unheated, with only a few sunloungers, but we enjoyed a bracing swim."

"Beautiful stay ! The hotel is located in an alley which provides quietness from the street. The room is charming with nice decoration, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious enough. The balcony is a huge plus, seeing the sunrise from there. The staff is very helpful and guided us to book tours which were amazing. The breakfast is simple but good (eggs, pancakes, sausages / bacon, noodles and vegetables mainly, bread). There is a variety of choice for the drinks (hot, cold, smoothies). The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything without being in the crowd. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The bedroom was incredible, lots of space and facilities. The balcony with the view lake won our hearts! The breakfast is also really good as well as the pool! Big plus for the free bikes to ride around the city! It's a very quiet hotel, great for a relaxing vacation with an amazing location!"

"The Villa Oasis lives up to it's name. It is an oasis of calm located close to all of the things you need for the best Luang Prabang experience. It's near the temples, the rivers, the night market and the best bars and restaurants. The water lily ponds that surround the front of the hotel are separated by the breakfast deck, where we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast. The people who work here are just lovely and so friendly. We had a wonderful time at this hotel."

"The list of things you can't do is a bit oppressive on arrival. We decided some guests must have got up to all sorts of things over the years. As we like to have a nice time it soon became obvious that this list didn't apply to us."
