Öömaja Mandala kinnitunud Pokharas ning kohapeal on hoolduskeskus- ja tervisekeskus ning massaažisalong. Phewa järv jääb 400 meetri kaugusele. Kohapeal on tasuta parkla. Majutusasutus on 4 km kaugusel rahvusvahelisest mäemuuseumist ja 12 km kaugusel Maailma Rahu pagoodist. Pokhara lennujaam on 5 km kaugusel. Tubades on televiisor, istumisnurk ja satelliittelevisioon. "The hotel staff as well as the owner was cordial, sincere and attentive unlike all the other usual nepali hotels. Rooms were kept tidy and organized. Mountain and lake view was cherry on the top. Location is very close to the markets, restaurants. After a lot of bad experiences in other hotels of Nepal, Mandala was relief for us! We will choose Mandala everytime we visit Pokhara. Highly recommended!"

"On the first day, hot water didn't work. It was night and there was nobody at the front desk. So I took a shower with cold water. However, when I asked the manager to fix this on the next day, hot water worked."

"Fantastisk service. Jeg havde en forstuvet ankel og skulle tidligt afsted. De sørgede for at bære ting for mig, lave meget tidlig morgenmad inden jeg skulle afsted, få ordnet vasketøj med levering samme aften og sågar få fragtet mine postkort til et postkontor."

"A wonderful location just 5 mins away from the stupa, and far enough away to be quiet. The staff were super nice and helpful, especially in the lovely restaurant (which had wonderful food and breakfast). I was travelling with my Mum and she though it was a perfect choice, so I was very happy."

"We like very spacious and comfortable rooms, nicely decorated with all the needed facilities. It was the biggest and the most comfortable suite among all other our bookings in Nepal. It was warm inside during Decrmber. The shower had good pressure and hot water. There is a 1000 steps Temple of Goddes Kali Temple within reach (maybe 45 min), so one can make an easy hike and go down by local paths among the villages to the other side.. You can also find a French cheese shop not far."
