Hiljuti renoveeritud apartement paikneb San Juanis, 600 meetri kaugusel Ocean Parki rannast. Majutusasutuses DUNA by DW on välisuplusala, ergonoomilinead allergikutele sobivad avarad toad ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Apartemendil on ka privaatne sissepääs. Külalised saavad lõõgastuda või einestada väljas, kus on välimööbel. Kõikides korteröömajai majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Apartementide privaatses vannitoas on dušikabiin ja föön.
